James Robert "Bob" Kinningham, age 77 of West Carrollton, passed away March 19, 2015. He was born January 24, 1938 in Bell County, KY to the late James and Etta Frances Kinningham.
Bob is survived by his wife of 57 years, Janice Kinningham; daughters: Tammy Garner and Penny Kinningham; 3 grandchildren: Nicholas Miller, Caroline (Steve) Crabtree and Lindsey Miller (Jonathan Reynolds); many great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Bob retired from the State of Ohio after 30 years of service.
A private graveside service will be held for the family at David's Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
