James M. Riggins (Mickey), 70, of Dayton, passed away May 24, 2017. James was born in Welch, WV on February 7, 1947 to the late Malcolm and Doneva Riggins. Mickey was very humble and touched many lives. He loved fishing, flowers, and cooking.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his brother, Wilburn C. Riggins; and sister, Hazel Riggins-Crouse.
He is survived by his nephew, Daniel R. Crouse and other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel.
