James D. Garvin, age 61, passed away May 24, 2022. He was born in Xenia, Ohio, on October 8, 1960 to the late James W. and Carol (Henderson) Garvin.
James is survived by his daughter: Sarah Garvin; sister, Carla (Jerry) Brandon; nephew and nieces, and many other family and friends.
James served in the United States Army for two years before working many different jobs for the V.A. He loved to spend time talking with other veterans he met along the way, as well as watching the Cincinnati Bengals play.
Donations can be made for funeral costs by calling the Newcomer North Chapel or stopping in the office at 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton.
