James L. Eberhart Jr.

James L. Eberhart Jr., known affectionately as Jim, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026. Born on January 5, 1957, Jim was a proud son of Jim and DeeAnn Eberhart, who predeceased him.

Jim dedicated much of his professional life to a career at Pepsi, from which he retired in 2020. He graduated from Milton Union High School with the Class of 1975.

Jim took immense pride in his family. He was a devoted husband to Lisa, with whom he shared 26 wonderful years of marriage. He was a loving father to Nathan (Elizabeth) Eberhart, Andrew (Jessica) Eberhart, and Grace Eberhart. His role as a grandfather brought him immeasurable joy; he cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren, Leah, Kamryn, and Morgan. They were a source of pride and happiness in his life. He also had a passion for oil painting, fishing and the outdoors.

He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, love, deep commitment to his family, and an unwavering belief in doing the right thing.

Jim is laid to rest at Eversole Cemetery in New Lebanon.
