James (Jay) W. Crain, age 74, passed away on May 16, 2012.
He was born August 2, 1937 to the late Orval and Sylvia Crain.
Jay is survived by his three children; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; former wife and mother of his children; and three siblings.
Jay proudly served his country as a member of the 101st Airborne in the United States Army.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday May 20, 2012 at 5:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, where the family will receive friends prior from 2:00-5:00 pm.
Burial will take place at Beaver Cemetery.
