James Douglas Arnold

James Douglas "Jim" Arnold III, age 66 of New Lebanon, unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born on July 12, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio to the late James and Barbara Arnold.
He is survived by two daughters, Jessica (Nadeem) Islam and Karly Arnold and their special cat, Panther; two grandchildren, Joseph and Julianna Islam; five siblings, Cathy Arnold, Ruth Arnold, Howard Arnold, Lucy (Mark) Wilkins, and Walter Arnold; two nieces; one nephew; five great nieces; aunt, Charlene and cousins, Debbie and Tammy. He is also survived by numerous cousins and special friends and the Apple family.
Jim was a 1972 graduate of Dixie High School and was a retired HVAC Technician and owned his own business at one time. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and making crafts. Jim was well loved and dearly missed by all those who knew him.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Jefferson Township Fire Department for their care and compassion during such a difficult time.
