James A. Rapp, age 73 of Centerville, OH passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016. He was born February 27, 1943 in Morris, Illinois the son of the late James A. and Opal M. Rapp.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Judy E. Rapp; brother, Gene (Mary Lib); and sister, Joyce.
James is survived by his son, James G. Rapp (Julie M. Frock); brother-in-law, Jack; niece, Monica; and two nephews, Mark and Jackson. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
James served in the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam War, ending his service in 1972 as a Captain. He volunteered as a family support for lung transplant recipients at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, TX.
Services will be held privately.
