Clouse, Jack Lee, age 57, passed away April 18, 2016 in Dayton, OH. He was born in Dayton, OH on February 10, 1959 to the late Obey and Alma Clouse.
Jack is survived by his beloved wife Michelle; The puppies and grandpuppies; Children Heather Clouse, Danielle Lee Clouse (Zack Kesting), and Nikki Fugate; Grandchilden Faith LeeAnn Kesting, and Kaylin Renne Fugate; Brother Obey (Lark) Clouse Jr.; Sister Joyce (Buster) Moore; Grandma Nagel, as well as numerous family and friends.
Jack loved watching the Cincinnati Bengals on football Sundays. He also enjoyed playing music while doing yardwork.
The family will receive friends on Saturday April 23, 2016 from 9:00am-11:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home- North Chapel.
A service will start at 11:00am at the funeral home with a burial at Glen Haven Memorial Garden to follow.
