Jack Gallagher

Jack Gallagher passed away on September 15, 2026, at the age of 70. He proudly served his country as a Lieutenant Corporal in the US Marines Corps. 

Jack will be remembered as a man who was unique and truly marched to a different drum beat. He found his greatest happiness at home, surrounded by the people he loved most. Time with family meant everything to him, and he especially adored his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed the simple pleasure of watching classic war movies and westerns, pastimes that brought him comfort and familiarity.

Above all, Jack’s life was centered on family. He is survived by his wife, Julie Gallagher; his son, Jack Adam Gallagher and his wife, Esther; his grandchildren, Jackson Gallagher and Jillian Gallagher; his stepsons, Chris Lawhorn, Shaun Lawhorn, and Matthew Lawhorn; his brothers, Gene Gallagher and Jeff Gallagher; and his nieces and friends.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Geraldine Gallagher and Johnny Mack Gallagher.

Jack’s memory will live on in the home he cherished, in the love he gave so freely to his family, and in the many moments they shared together. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
