Jack A. Elliott, age 56 of Dayton, passed away Friday, July 17, 2015 at Cincinnati University Hospital. He was born March 31, 1959 in Dayton, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary G. McCargish; father, Edward L. Elliott Sr.; brothers, Edward L. Elliott Jr., David L. Ferguson and Virgil M. Ferguson.
Jack is survived by his wife Judith; daughter, Amy L. Elliott; sisters, Helen M. Gomez, Theresa A. (Michael) Millsap and Beverly J. (Timothy) Snider; brothers, James D. Elliott, Richard L. Elliott and Lewis E. Ferguson Jr.; nephews, Frank and Tony Gomez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Per Jack's wishes no public services will be held. Memorial donations may be made to The American Liver Foundation.
