Irma May Peyton was born April 30, 1929 in Greene Co., OH. She passed away at 96 years old at Butler, Warren Hospice on July 25, 2025 in Middletown, OH.
She was born to Parents, John (Brownie) and Florence Williamson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years Wardy Peyton; 4 children not making it to term; 5 brothers, Eugene, John Jr., Cecil, George, and Earl Williamson. She is survived by 1 sister-in-law, Marie; 3 step-children, Rick, Diane, and Ed; her grandchildren, many special nephews, nieces, family, and friends; and her beloved fur baby, Buddy.
Irma worked 30 years at Monsanto. She was most notably a devout Christian and her faith meant everything to her. She loved to fish and cherished her many vacations over the years with family to Canada and Tennessee. She was an avid quilter (all by hand) and most family members have one of her beautifully designed creations.
Any donations wished to be made in her memory can be given to Butler, Warren Hospice (5940 Long Meadow Drive, Middletown, OH). The staff there took excellent care of her in her final weeks of life.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 31st, at 10:00AM at Evergreen Cemetery (401 N Miami Ave, West Carrollton, OH 45449).
