Ida Mae Peavler

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ida Mae Peavler age 94, our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She passed away in her home surrounded by her family on June 17th 2025. She was born on March 11,1931 in Lincoln County, Kentucky daughter of the late Elmer and Ethel Kirkpatrick.

She married the love of her life at the age of nineteen, Lonnie Peavler Jr., who proceeded her in death in 1995. Her biggest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother to her four children and their families.

Ida is survived by her children, Sheila (Jimmy) Colombotti, Vicki (John) Beaulieu, Kimberly (Darrell) Ash, and Jason (Michelle) Peavler; grandchildren, Richard, Christopher, Alexandria, Nicholas, Kara, Lonnie, and Lincoln; great-grandchildren, Riley, Gabrielle, Thomas, Carter, Ellie Aubrey, Noah, and Hadleigh.

Ida lived her life full of love and kindness as she opened her heart and home to countless loved ones in need throughout her 94 years. Her calming nature and endless nurturing will be remembered by all that were blessed to know her. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Road, Dayton, OH 45459).
