Ian was also loved by his maternal grandmother, Edith Jackson, and held a close connection with his aunt Kay Ashmore and uncle Eddie (Bev) Wyrick, along with many cousins, dear family members, and friends who remain forever grateful for his joyful presence.

Ian was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Carol Petroski and Walter Petroski, Sr., and his maternal grandfather, Jim Wyrick, as well as his aunt and uncle, Joy Evans and Jimmy Wyrick, Jr. Their memories continue to live on in the hearts of his family.

Ian Wallace Petroski’s life, though tragically brief, was rich with laughter, love, and generosity.
