NEAL, Hugh, age 86, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2010 in Dayton, OH. He resided in Waco, KY with his wife Lucille Neal (Roe). Family will receive guests Friday, March 19, 2010 from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439) with a memorial service immediately following.
