Hsiu-Mei Lucy Ripley

Hsiu-Mei (Lucy) Ripley, 85, passed away on Saturday, 17 May 2025. She was born on January 29,1940 in Elan, Taiwan to Lin Chen Cheng & Lin Li Hsiang. Lucy loved to sew and was a seamstress for over 40 years and loved to go to the casino and play lottery. She loved to go on cruises and was blessed to go on cruises to all continents and sharing these stories and photos were one of her favorite pass times.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Lin Chen Cheng and Lin Li Hsiang, brother, husband, Robert Ripley, daughter Elizabeth Ann, son-in-law Joe Johnston and very special friend Donald Wallen.

Lucy is survived by her brother Lin Chung-Shien (Han Hsian) and two other brothers and two sisters, children Mary Ellen Johnston, Sheree Henz (Jack), and Tim Ripley (Angie); grandchildren, Lindsay (Anthony), Damon (Rachel), Dustin (Kristina), Chelsea (Taylor), Ryan (Courtney), Christina, Taylor (Greg) and Christian; great-grandchildren, Evan, Alden, Mazzyn, Braxton, Kieran, Kai, Beckett, Freya, Lucy, Kasen, Keiger, Luca, Rylee, Ronin, Hannah, Henry and Walker.

Private services with the family will be held Wednesday, 21 May 2025.
