Howard Devitt
January 20, 1931 — April 8, 2016
Howard Dale Devitt, age 85 of Xenia, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born January 20, 1931 in Carrollton, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by parents, Leonard and Nora Devitt; Brothers, Dwight and Floyd Devitt; Sister, Velma Bobby; and sister, Doris Devitt; and two grandsons, Isaiah Horton and Justin Bell.
Howard is survived by his loving wife, Ruth; Two Daughters, Kennette (Paul) Ross and Marsha L. (Robert) Horton; Two Sons, Michael D. (Cathy) Devitt and Kevin (Kimberly) Devitt; He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
After Howard's retirement, he became an antique dealer and refinisher. He and Ruth enjoyed many warm winters in Florida.
A Memorial Service will be held at Evangelical United Methodist Church, 195 West Third Street, Xenia, Ohio at 11:00am on Saturday, April 16, 2016. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the church.
