Homer "Chuck" Sweeney, age 64, of Moraine, passed away Wednesday, July, 4, 2012.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Carolyn Sweeney; children, Tommy Sweeney, Chuck Sweeney and Deana Jordon; grandchildren, Justin, Kaitlyn and Chucky; sister, Gerry Leet; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday, July 9, 2012 from 1-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 2pm. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
