Homer JaVann Hayes, age 40, of Centerville, OH passed away on Wednesday July 30, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his father, Homer Hayes Jr. He is survived by his mother, Paulette (Ron) Marks; sisters, Shirelle (Myron) Applin and Kendra (Torrey) King; brothers, Anthony Marks and Kenneth Marks; and a host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and very special friend, Felicia Anderson-King.
JaVann graduated from Belmont High School in 1991 and from Franklin College in 1997. He worked for Code Blue in Springfield, OH.
Visitation is Wednesday August 6, 2014 from 10am to 11am with funeral service starting at 11am at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
