Holly J. Baker, 50, of Medway, passed away May 28, 2015.
She was born August 21, 1964 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Dale Swayne and Zita Rowe.
Holly is survived by her parents; husband, Dennis Baker; two daughters, Amanda Westfall, Shelby Smith; stepchildren, Chad, Travis, Cassidy; grandchildren, Bradon, Madilynn, Landon, Kinsley, Conlee; sister, Stacy (Ronnie) Schultz; stepfather, Tom Rowe; several nieces, nephews and special friends.
A fund for memorial donations has been set up with Fifth Third Bank.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 3, 2015 from 12pm until 1:30pm service time at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio.
