Helena Anne Smith, age 63 of Miamisburg, passed away December 9, 2014. She was born September 8, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Carl and Mary Whitaker.
Anne is survived by her husband, Walter E. Smith, II; children: Christy (Scott) Purdin, Melissa Sue Johnson and Zack (Debbie) Smith; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and brother, Danny Whitaker.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 1-2 pm.
