Hazel Alliefair Gray-West, 98, died Jan. 1, 2018 at Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville Ohio. She was born in Greenup County Kentucky to Millard Thurman Johnson and Ida Jeffrey Johnson. Hazel was the eldest of 13 children.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law Marty & Lindsey Neal, a daughter-in-law Cindy Gray, 2 stepdaughters-in-law Diana & Terri West, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, 3 sisters, 1 brother, and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her first husband Charles Gray, her second husband Leonard West, son Charles Gray II, 2 stepsons David & Dan West, 3 brothers, and 5 sisters.
