Hazel Anddakota Couch

Hazel and Dakota Couch, twin children of Tyler Couch and Kristen Houk, were delivered into the arms of angels on February 7, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Delivered at 18 weeks, Hazel and Dakota never spent time on earth, but they touched many lives. Big sister Channing Leighanne made sure every day up until their passing that they knew how much they were wanted and loved. Our little angels will never be forgotten.

In addition to their parents and big sister, the twins are survived by maternal grandparents Marilyn (Steve) Ruehlman of Springboro and Eric Houk of Tipp City; paternal grandparents Michelle (Marty) Shipley and Shawn Couch of Dayton; maternal great-grandparents Kenneth and Marjorie Jacobs of St. Henry; paternal great-grandparents Brenda Holly, Elfriede Couch and Mark Holly of Dayton; maternal uncle Benjamin Houk of Dayton; and paternal aunt Gianna Shipley of Dayton.

Tyler and Kristen would like to thank their families and the nurses and staff at the hospital for all of their love, compassion and support during this very difficult time. We will be forever grateful.
