Harrison L. Grooms, age 90, currently of Jamestown, Ohio, passed away Friday, March 14, 2025. He was born June 11, 1934 in Xenia, Ohio; son of George and Margaret "Maggie" Grooms.
Harrison was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 56 years, Lena (Lyons) Grooms; brothers, Harry and Harold Grooms; and sisters, Marjorie (Grooms) Hilling, AnnaMae (Grooms) Douthett, Helen (Grooms) Hicks and Barbara Grooms.
Survived by son, Douglas (Freda) Grooms; daughter, Diane (Joe) Schum; grandchildren, Samantha (Brandon) Willis, Sara Crook and Linda Crook; brothers, Terry and Charles Grooms; great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Services will be held privately by the family.
