Harold "Dave" Henry

Harold David "Dave" Henry, age 79, passed away on September 2, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold & Kathleen (Sharp) Henry; his brother, Gary Henry; his sister, Elaine Combs; and his son, Timothy Henry.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Naomi (Himes) Henry, and his daughter, Kelly Henry; also surviving, daughter-in-law, Keli Hussong, and grandson, David Dayton; his cousin, Sharon Kempf; and many relatives and friends.

Dave served his country in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a lifelong Bengals and Reds fan, and he never missed a game, either in person or on TV. He was active in the Jaycees, and he was the President of the Huber Heights chapter. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of Lodge #777. Dave belonged to several car clubs, most recently the Rowdy Rodders. Both Dave and his wife Naomi were active in the MDA Organization, and they were both members of Faith Presbyterian Church.

A visitation will be held from 11:30am to 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 with a service starting at 1:00pm at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, Ohio. Following the service, Dave will be laid to rest at Fairfield Cemetery in Fairborn, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's memory may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
