Joe Huff, born on September 25, 1962, in Dayton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on January 27, 2026, in Kettering, Ohio. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and friendship that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Joe proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for many years, retiring as a Gunnery Sergeant. Being a Marine was central to who he was, and he carried that pride, discipline, and commitment to others throughout his life. After his military service, he retired as a Conductor from Norfolk and Southern Railroad, bringing the same strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to his civilian career.

Known for his warm personality, Joe brought laughter and support to everyone around him. He had a special love for gathering with family, especially on game days, when watching OSU football became a tradition centered on togetherness. Each game was an opportunity to spend time with those he loved, creating memories filled with conversation, laughter, and shared excitement. Whether riding his Harley or lending his technical skills to help others, Joe valued the moments that brought people closer.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Brenda Henson; his children, Joey (Crystal) Molina and Brandi (Angel) Sifuentes; and his grandchildren, Taleiah, Hayward, Jacob, Joey, Onyx, Nathan, and Nayelli. He also leaves behind his siblings, John (Jennifer) Huff Jr., Jay (Tanya) Huff, and Jodi (Terry) Schlangen, along with nieces and nephews, Kyle, Sarah, Rion, Katie, and John III, and many friends who will deeply miss him.

He was preceded in death by his father, John H. Huff Sr.; mother, Judith Combs; aunts, Patricia Stonerock and Judy Laquaglia; and uncle, Dick Huff. Joe's impact will be felt for years to come, as he touched numerous lives with his genuine spirit.
