Gregory R. Proffit, 60, of Xenia, passed away May 5, 2017. Gregory was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 20, 1956 to the late Raymond and Jean Proffit. In his free time he enjoyed drawing and bike riding.
In addition to his parents, Gregory was preceded in death by his brothers, Vincent Proffit, and Michael Proffit.
He is survived by his brothers, Randy (Ann) Proffit, Philip Proffit, Sam (Carrie) Proffit; sisters, Becky (Mike) Hoffman, Lauren (Mike) Proffit-George; several nephews, nieces, great nieces and special friends in the recovery community.
A memorial service will be held at 6pm on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Shawnee Park, Xenia.
