Gregory Lee Parsons, 61, of Dayton Ohio, unexpectedly went to be with his Lord and Savior March 16, 2026. Born August 2nd 1964. He is preceded in death by his mother LaVonne K. Parsons in 1993, his father Estel R. Parsons in 2021, his stepson Jeromy Hawk in 2021, and his two grandchildren Hunter Quinn in 2011 and Zoey Quinn in 2015.
Greg is survived by his loving wife, Karla Parsons, of over thirty years, and his three daughters, whom he adored, Danielle (Josh) Parsons, their daughter Luna; Kaylee "JoJo" (Alec) Parsons; and Jessica "Little One" (Griffin) Parsons. A sister, Cheryl (Mark) Wheeler; brother, Robert (Sherry) Parsons; brother, Gary Parsons; and brother Jeffery (Carol) Parsons. Along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and loved ones. He will be dearly missed and remembered by all who knew and loved him.
Greg attended Beavercreek High School and worked at Voelker Controls Company for over 30 years. He enjoyed going out with his friends and watching The Ohio State and Cincinnati Bengals Football. In his spare time, he also enjoyed golfing and spending time out in the sun. Greg also had a soft spot for his grand-dog, Goose.
There will be a celebration of life on Friday, March 27, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, where family welcomes all who want to come at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A Funeral Service will follow at 4:00pm.
