Greg Kilgore

Gregory Gene Kilgore, age 59 of Brookville, Ohio, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Sycamore Hospital. He was born May 21, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Norman and Zoetta Kilgore.

Greg was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. He was a great role model to his boys as he was a very patient teacher to them and always gave them sound advice.

He was currently employed at Gem City where he had a lot of pride and enjoyment in his work. Greg loved his motorcycles, cars and a good stereo system. He loved to make people laugh- even at his own expense. He had the biggest heart of anyone you would meet and will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Norman Kilgore.

Greg will be missed by his loving wife of almost 32 years, Lisa; mother, Zoetta (Herb) Grumbley; sons, Anthony (Ashlee) Kilgore and Adam Kilgore; grandchildren, Aydin Ryan and Henslee Kilgore; siblings, Deron (Fonda) Duncan, Billie (Jeff) Hart and Tim Duncan; six nieces and three nephews.

Family will receive friends Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 2 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 4 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. The state of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks be worn in all public places.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
