Glen G. Stallard

Glen G. Stallard, 91, of Xenia, passed away February 15, 2017. Glen was born in Williamson, West Virginia on March 29, 1925 to the late Walter and Minerva Stallard. Glen proudly served in the United States Army for 5 years. In his free time he enjoyed reading, fishing and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Glen was preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Hazel Stallard; brothers, Howard, Walter, Doug; sisters, Iris, Ollie Sue; son, Glen Stallard, Jr.; and daughter, Gloria Brown.

He is survived by his son, Greg Stallard; daughter, Dreama (Jeff) Grimm; grandchildren, Lisa (Rick) Guissman, Rick Stallard, Glenna (Willie) Reese, Karen Finley, Greg (Kristy) Stallard; great grandchildren, Michael Genter, Ricky Day, Rick Stallard, Randy Stallard, Terrell Lewis, Allana McWilliams, Faith Reese, Tommy Finley, Gregory Blake; great great grandchildren, Annalise, Lily; brothers, Herbert Stallard, Bernard Stallard, Ronnie Stallard; sisters, Clementine Pohl, Mabel (Tom) Dague, Ruthie (Carl) Bevins; and several other relatives and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 9:30 am-10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, where funeral services will begin at 10:30 am.
