Gerald F. “Jerry” Schneider, age 87 of Waynesville, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024. He was born October 23, 1936 in Middletown, Ohio to the late William and Erma Schneider. 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Gerald F. Schneider II; brother, Don Schneider; and sister, Donna Mae Hensley.

Jerry is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara Schneider. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Jerry retired as Chief Phycologist at Hamilton County School District and from his private practice. In addition to psychology he assisted with pre-evaluations for the Lebanon Police Department and Warren County Sheriff department including crisis negotiations. He enjoyed standardbred horse racing and fishing. Jerry most enjoyed spending quality time with his wife, Barbara. He is well loved and will be deeply missed.
