Georgette B. Doan, 69, of Riverside, passed away June 16, 2016. Georgette was born on July 23, 1946 to the late George and Edna Broughton. In her free time, she enjoyed antiquing and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Georgette was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, John Doan who was the Mayor of Riverside.
She is survived by her brothers, Dave (Rosemary), Tony Broughton; nieces, Debbie (Janice Turner), Tammy, Sherry, Crystal Broughton; nephews, David Jr., Eddie, Johnny, Joseph Broughton; godson, Jeffrey Atkinson; boyfriend, Tom Hamilton; and several great nephews, great nieces and special friends.
