LEWIS, Gary W., age 60, of Fairborn, passed away Friday, October 29, 2010. He was born June 22, 1950 in Fairborn, Ohio. Gary is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Lewis; two children, Techia (Wade) Potter and Anthony Lewis; three grandchildren, Nicholas Potter, Maxton Potter, and Trevor Lewis. He was preceded in death by one son, Christopher Lewis. Rev. Donald L. Stacy. Burial will follow in Byron Cemetery in Fairborn, Ohio.
