Gary Packett

Gary L. Packett, 61, of Dayton, passed away on October 13, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on September 8, 1955 to Carl and JoAnn (Mace) Packett at Dayton, OH. On June 9, 2000, he married Lisa J. Packett (Blair). Gary and Lisa lived in Dayton, Ohio. He attended Open Bible Christian Church. Gary is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Packett; daughter, Kristie Sergent (Roger Tester); son, Aaron Seery (Jeannie); mother, JoAnn Packett; sisters, Pam Hough (Randy) and Betty Mashburn (Jerry); grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl E. Packett and brother, Dale Packett. A visitation will be held Monday, October 17, 2016, from 1:00 - 1:30 pm at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, 8200 W. National Rd., New Carlisle, OH 45344 where a service will follow at 1:30 pm with Dr. Randy Grimes officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
