Garrett W. Wise

Garrett Warren Wise, born on October 10, 1986, in Florida, passed away unexpectedly on August 21, 2025. A devoted husband, father, son, and friend, Garrett was known for his caring and loving spirit, as well as his generous nature.

Garrett graduated from Labette County High School in Kansas before embarking on a remarkable career in the HVAC industry, where he made a lasting impact through his dedication and expertise. His work reflected not only his professionalism but also his genuine desire to help others, embodying a strong sense of community in everything he did.

Outside of his professional life, Garrett had a wide array of interests that brought him joy. He enjoyed spending time fishing, where he found solace in nature. An avid tinkerer, he loved working on cars, showcasing his hands-on skills and curiosity. Publicly known for his affection towards animals, he cherished his dogs, Jersey and Morty, who were a significant part of his life.

Garrett’s legacy will continue through his beloved family. He is survived by his wife, Brittany; his mother, Trudy Herndon; his father, Biran Herndon; his son, Brayden Wise; his daughter, Alexis Wise; and his mother-in-law, Lisa. He is also remembered fondly by many other family members and friends whose lives he touched.

Garrett will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know him, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those he loved and who loved him in return.
