Fred Summa

Fred Lee Summa, age 78 of Sebring, FL, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025. He was born February 10, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio the son of George and Pauline Summa.

He is preceded in death by his father, George Summa, mother, Pauline Summa, and many friends and cousins.

Fred is survived by his beloved wife, 31 years, Virginia Summa; son, Randy (Netty) Summa; two step-sons, Johnny (Michelle) Elchert and Craig (Jennifer) Griffin; six grandchildren, Jessica (Jacob) Krites, Ashley (Seth) Mathewson, Adam Elchert, Jake Griffin, Joshua Griffin, and Josie Griffin; two great-grandchildren, Kassidi Krites and Gatlin Krites; brother, Frank (Judy) Summa; sister, Faye (JR) Johnson. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Fred enjoyed fishing and spending quality time with his family and friends. He is well loved and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 pm - 12:00 pm on Monday, June 2, 2025 at Woodland Cemetery (118 Woodland Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45409). Funeral Service will be officiated at 12:00 pm by Pastor Terry Brock at Woodland Cemetery (118 Woodland Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45409).
