Frank S. Neal, age 59 of Fairborn, passed away March 1, 2016. He was born January 6, 1957 in Dayton to mother, Julia Neal and late father, Gerald Neal. Frank was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Lou Scott and his brother, Garry Neal.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Lori A. Neal; children, Jason (Kristy) Kelly, Adam (Amber) Neal and Ashley Neal; grandchildren, Kaitlin, Liam, Wyatt and Hattie; mother, Julia Neal; brothers, Chuck (Brenda) and Don (Pam) Neal; sisters Maggie Neal and Judy Rotterman; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Frank worked for the City of Dayton as a tree servicer but wore many hats during his working career. At one time he owned an accomplished landscaping business and was a former restaurant owner. Frank loved music and was quite the musician in his youth. He had a passion for cooking for family and friends and absolutely adored his grandchildren.
