Frank A. Lyons, age 53, of Germantown, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016. He was born on January 25, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Jack and Stella Lyons. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Sheila; daughter, Shelby Lyons; four sons, Josh Wright (Jaime), Jake Wright, Adam (Kelley) Wright, Mykle Wright; three grandchildren, Brenden, Kaelyn and Owen Wright; 1 grandchild on the way; two sisters, Jackie (Douglas) Lyons-Munn, Teresa (Sal) Trascritti; two nephews who he loved like his own sons, Travis (Ashley) Munn, Cody Munn; aunt and uncle, Clay and Effie Winters, who were like his second parents; special friends, Jeff Ruckrigl, Rick Powers and Scott Hensley; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Mick Netherton, who he was very close with; beloved dogs, Max and Gemma; and numerous other relatives and friends. Frank was an aerial service technician with Miami Industrial Trucks (MIT) for 15 years and was also the union steward. He loved his grandchildren with all his heart. He was a mechanic to everyone he knew and always willing to help anyone in need. He always had a smile on his face. Frank will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home- South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio. Funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm.
