Franch Hensley, age 75 years old of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Saturday, October 17th, 2020 surrounded by his loving family in the comfort of his home. He was born on August 28, 1945 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late MaryBell (Neace) and Rome Hensley.
Franch was preceded in passing by his precious wife of 51 years, Jerri Lou Hensley (Wagers). He was also preceded in passing by his siblings, Jewel, Arvil, Christine, Mitchell, Carrie and JD as well as in-laws and other special family members.
Franch is survived by his only son, Scotty (Jennifer) Allen Hensley; his granddaughters, or as he called them "his girls", Amanda (Mikey) Snyder and Kasey Hensley; his great grandbaby, Wyatt Jaxon Snyder aka "Little Man". Franch is also survived by his siblings, Jake (Barb) Hensley and sister, Rannie Patterson; and his fur babies, Chance "Poogie" and Clementine.
Franch was a hard working man and very strong willed who made sure his family was taken care of. He was a truck driver most of his life and enjoyed motorcycles, being outside, playing cards, his soup beans, taters and cornbread and of course, his "Little Man" who he had such a special bond with!.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio. Burial Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
