Born on January 3, 1936, in New York, NY, Frances lived a life full of passion and creativity, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew her.
Frances devoted many years to her career as a manicurist before transitioning into sales and service roles at Cross Country Clothes in Pikesville, MD, Office Depot, and Kahn's Clothing Store in Delray Beach, Florida. Her keen sense of style and eagerness to share her opinions made her a standout in every position she held.
In her younger years, Frances was a talented artist and singer, skillfully working with oil paints and pastels. She demonstrated her artistic flair in a variety of ways, finding joy in activities such as playing canasta, mahjong, and casino trips. Frances also loved the thrill of bingo games and had a particular fondness for chocolate covered jellies, eagerly awaiting her box of chocolates every week. One of her endearing traits was her love for pandas, which brought her immense joy.
Frances leaves behind her beloved children, Valerie (Douglas) Reynolds, Jeffrey (Angie) Pannucci, and Janet (Donald) Piper. She was grandmother to Emily (Matthew) Colvin, Donnie (Ashley) Piper, T.J. (Miranda) Parsons, Brianna (Ryan) Boney, and Christopher Piper, and a great grandmother to several great grandchildren. Her sister, Phyllis Nastri-Nelson, also survives her, along with a large extended family.
