Poffenberger, Everett L. Sr., age 70, of West Carrollton, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2013.
Everett is survived by his wife of over 49 years: Phyllis; son: Everett Jr.; daughters and sons-in-law: Belinda (Mike) Hannah & Debbie (Scott) Burchett; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and two brothers: Linley & Brian Poffenberger. He was preceded in death by his parents: Benjamin & Leona Poffenberger.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, December 6, 2013 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 239 Wayne Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45402. Interment will follow the service at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens in Springboro. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday morning from 10:00 A.M. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Montgomery County Humane Society in memory of Everett. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel.
