Evelyn Willoughby, age 84 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton from natural causes. She was born January 19, 1932 in Jacksboro, Tennessee the daughter of the late John and Alice Prater.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Leonard Willoughby; siblings, Juanita Black, Tom Prater, and J. E. Prater.
Evelyn is survived by her two sons, Robb and Garry (Tahna) Willoughby; grandchildren, Joshua Willoughby, Alicia Willoughby, and Michael Hoover, as well as numerous other family and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH. Burial will take place at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia, OH at a later date.
