Ernest O. Arnette Jr., age 81, of Trotwood, passed away April 22, 2017.
Ernest was born in Jewell Ridge, Virginia on January 21, 1936 to the late Ernest Sr. & Frances Arnette.
In his free time, Ernie was an avid fisherman and hunter.
In addition to his parents, Ernie was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Arnette; step-son, Donald Gilliam; son, Ricky Arnette; and brother, Greg Arnette.
He is survived by his; children, Ernest (Cindy) Arnette III, Sylvia Morris, Chris Arnette and Rudy Arnette; step-children, Roger Gilliam, Dennis (Mitzi) Gilliam and Jean (Gary) Cavanaugh; grandchildren, Jessica, Jeremie, Christopher, Justin, Timmy, Jennifer, Jamie, Cody and Lucas; several great grandchildren; siblings, Bob (Joyce) Arnette, Loretta (Ron) Whitt and Tom (Linda) Arnette.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 1-3pm at Miami Valley Memorial Garden Chapel, 1639 East Lytle 5 Point Road and State Route 48 in Centerville where funeral services will begin at 3pm.
