Emmanuel Papadis

Emmanuel Papadis, known to friends and family as Mano, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2016, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born February 19, 1932. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Efterpi, who passed away just two weeks ago. Also, his dear son, Serafim (Mike), Mother and Father Panagiotis and Chrisi Papadis. Emmanuel will be missed by all who knew him, but especially by his son, Panagiotis (Julie) Papadis of Oakwood Ohio. He is the endearing Papou to Zoe and Elleana Papadis; Christa (Papadis) Hinkle and Jackie (Papadis) Tannreuther. He will be remembered by great grandchildren Zachary, Zoe and Zaylee Hinkle and Riley Reynolds and Kendall Tannreuther. He is survived by niece, Sula (Paul) Kalfas of Athens, Greece; brother-in-law, Costa (Tina) Petropoulos of Cincinnati OH and dear friends, Maria Petkoson and Gregory Alexoudis of Clearwater FL. May His Memory Be Eternal. Services will be held Friday, March 18th 2:00PM at Spring Grove Norman Chapel, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati OH 45232. We ask in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, OH 45420.
