Emil Kahler, Iii

Emil Kahler III, age 61 of Huber Heights, Ohio, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 20th 2020. Emil was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on April 18th 1959 to Emil Kahler Jr. and Myrna (Wadsworth) Kahler.
Emil served in the United States Air Force and retired from CE at Wright Patterson Air Force Base after 39 years of service.
Emil is preceded in death by his mother, Myrna Kahler and his daughter, Amanda C. Kahler.
Emil is survived by his loving wife, Karen Oney Kahler; his father, Emil Kahler Jr.; his son, Emil Kahler IV; his brother, Mike Kahler; his father-in-law, Bob Oney; one stepdaughter, Stephanie (Josh) Sisco; three stepsons, Nicholas Giannuzzi, Dominic (Sydney) Giannuzzi and Coleman (Mercedes) Friend; three granddaughters that he cherished whom called him Grampy, Madison and Kyndra Robinette, and McKayla Applegate; three granddaughters who called him Mr. Cookie, Jenna, Kayla, and Lilly Sisco; two grandchildren whom called him grandpa Emil, Callan and Hazel Friend; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.
Emil loved his church and church family, loved shooting his firearms with his buddies, traveling, photography and hanging out with all his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
