Elizabeth I. Howard, age 72, passed away on March 20, 2026. She was born on May 4, 1953 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She is survived by her husband, David Howard; her children: Crystal Lenda, Leslie Swinford (Mike), Michelle Howard, Hope Summer, Mark Toney (Erica Campbell), and Lisa Howard; grandchildren: Jason (Jessica), Mark Jr. (Mikaila), Taylor, Stephen, Spencer, Savannah, Shelbe, Luke, Tori (Michael), Noah, Peyton, and Cole; great-grandchildren: Naomi, Mark III, Sebastian, Lainee, Jackson, Eden, and Ryder; her siblings: Gene, Allen, Homer, Hugh, David, Susan, Nancy, and Vicky; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, David Howard Jr.; her parents, Sonny Teague and Billie Harbour; her brother, Johnny Huddleston.
