Elisabeth P. Brookshire, age 47 of Brookville, went to be with the Lord, Monday, July 13, 2026. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Galen and Linda (Wilson) Young.
She was a 1997 graduate of Wayne HS and a 2002 graduate of Sinclair.
Elisabeth is survived by her husband of 21 years, Jason Brookshire; son Vincent Brookshire; mother Linda Young; brother David Young; brother-in-law Jeremy Brookshire; sister-in-law Sarah Hunt (Aaron); nephew Nolan Brookshire; and niece Baelynn Spencer. She is preceded in death by her father, and by Rick and Judy Brookshire, her husband's parents.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., with Pastor Gary Petersen officiating. The family will receive family and friends from 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
