Eddie Ray Browning

Eddie Ray Browning, age 66, of Dayton, Ohio went to join his mother and father on Monday, April 3, 2017. Eddie was born in Pineville, Kentucky on July 6, 1950 to Edd and Sarah (Daniels) Browning. He was married to Shelba (Wick) Browning in Mountain City, Tennessee in 1992.

Eddie served his country during the Vietnam Era in Germany as a member of the U.S.Army. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church of Dayton, enjoyed his family time with his kids and friends and loved to play pool. He loved hi family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by Shelba; a daughter, Katy Rose (Sam) Bright; two sons Randall W. Yeazel and Eddie R. Browning, Jr.; a step daughter, Elizabeth (Tim) Boris; three grandchildren, Trisha, Samantha, Brian and two on the way; one great grandchild, Riley; his twin sister, Judy K. (Lyle) Maiden and his other sister Darnell (Dennis) Boekel; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents..

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at 7:00 pm Newcomer Funeral Home-North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio with Pastor Melvin King officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 5:00- 7:00 pm, also at the funeral home. Eddie has requested to be cremated and returned to the care of his family.
