Douglas M. Botts Sr., of Beavercreek, born April 24, 1942 entered into rest on January 21, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Nancy Botts; children, Marie (Chris) Caldwell, Brenda (Bart) Cavanaugh-Brandt, Douglas (Amy) Botts Jr., Deborah Eichhorn, and April (Mark) O'Connell. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and 3 siblings; Paul Botts, Margie Dobies and Loretta Kwiatkowski.
He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as 5 siblings; Dorothy, Kay, Charlotte, Kenny, Fred, and his son-in-law, Kurt Eichhorn. His passion was spending time with family. He is a retired teamster Local Union # 703 of IL, after 46 years.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the funeral service at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Newcomer Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH 45432.
He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as 5 siblings; Dorothy, Kay, Charlotte, Kenny, Fred, and his son-in-law, Kurt Eichhorn. His passion was spending time with family. He is a retired teamster Local Union # 703 of IL, after 46 years.
