Doris M. Milby

Doris M. Milby, age 82 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born January 20, 1944 in the daughter of Earl and Millie Wysong.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Dick Milby; children, Kathy Milby and Ricky Milby Sr.; granddaughter, Chelsea; great-grandchild, Vernon; father, Earl Wysong; mother, Millie Wysong; siblings, Helen Bane and Rose (Piddle) Miller.

Doris is survived by her children, Vernon (Lolisa) Milby Sr., Terry (Aimee) Martin, and Shawn Milby; grandchildren, Mendy, Ricky, Vernon Jr., Dusty, Kim, Amber, Bri, Christian, and Zach; great grandchildren, JB, Roger III, Danny Jr., Alexia, Dylan, Tyler, Taylor, Chase, Jordan, and Brody; great-great grandchildren, Nolan, Chloe, Cora, and Roger IV. She is also survived by numerous more children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.

Doris was a loving and dedicated mother who deeply treasured her children and family. She enjoyed playing bingo, buying scratch-off tickets, watching her favorite television programs, and preparing meals for her loved ones. Caring for her family brought her greatest happiness and purpose.

Memorial gathering will held from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Friday, October 30, 2026 at Newcomer - North Chapel. Celebration of Life will follow at 6:00 pm, same location.
