Doris E. Lore, age 84, passed away December 30, 2011. She was born March 20, 1927 in Williamsburg, KY to the late Raymond and Suzie Young. In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Lum Lore; and sons: Billy and Jerry Lore.
Doris is survived by her grandson, William (Joanna) Lore; and one great granddaughter, Zoe.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, January 6, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. Burial to follow Willow View Cemetery.
